We want you to enjoy every Brewtini you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@brewtini.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages once they have been delivered.

This is to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
